Megapiksel AS
How Megapiksel works with the Norwegian Transparency Act, our supply chain and whistleblowing.
Megapiksel AS wants to be a responsible business, both as an employer and as a partner. We work to ensure that our business and supply chain respect fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.
Our work is based on:
We strive to ensure that
We carry out ongoing due diligence to map the risk of violations of fundamental rights, prevent and limit negative impact, and follow up suppliers when needed, including requiring documentation and action in the event of violations.
When entering new partnerships, we assess suppliers based on professional quality, price and ethical considerations. We may require improvements and end partnerships if serious violations are found.
The Managing Director has overall responsibility for our work on human rights, ethical guidelines and the Transparency Act. Questions or requests for insight into our due diligence can be sent to emil@megapiksel.no.
Megapiksel has zero tolerance for human rights violations, discrimination, harassment and indecent working conditions, both internally and among our partners. If you become aware of anything that goes against our values and principles, we encourage you to speak up. All reports are treated seriously and confidentially.
